This ad was on the Kyrg side at the border of Kyrg and Kaza. I think it says something like "Welcome to Kyrgyzstan! Enjoy your vacation." Notice the girl's face. She looks just like the girl from the Exorcist. The plastic duck has some weird horns coming out of its head. What kind of duck is that anyway? This feels like a movie poster for Exorcist meets Jaws. It's very scary.

I think the sign advertises around-the-clock help to tourists, then provides the phone numbers. Very interesting image, and not one I would have associated with Kyrgyzstan.
