CEC ArtsLink is an international arts service organization with programs that encourage and support the exchange of artists and cultural managers between the United States and Central Europe, Russia and Eurasia. CEC ArtsLink send Kendal Henry and Ji Lee to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and Almaty, Kazakhstan to lecture, conduct workshops and collaborate on a public art project in Bishkek’s "City of Artists". This is their journey.
